I. Overcoming burnout – a 360 degree program

Our exquisite burnout program is an oasis of joy & relaxation that just waits for you to try it. Your task? Just step in.

This complex program is designed for small groups, of up to 5 people. You will benefit from:

  • learning relaxing techniques and stress management (including hypnosis induced powernap or the correct use of the Anchoring – the NLP technique which improves the way in which you see or confront a situation)
  • finding out the cause and the stress generating issues (we’ll decode your psychic, address the external circumstances with a plan and we’ll find out what you really want and how to get it)
  • strengthening of your immune system
  • making sport in nature
  • medical supervision and examination
  • life-coaching
  • hypnotherapy
  • fun activities designed to regain the energy and joy you need (e.g. culinary experiences, helicopter trips)
    • During 2 weeks our specialists will take care of you in the wonderful surroundings of Zermatt, in the exquisite Riffelalp hotel.

      Riffelalp is a 5 Stars hotel situated in Zermatt, one of the most iconic and well known Swiss villages. Not only the direct view on Matterhorn, Switzerland’s most well-known mountain, is exceptional, but also the amazing surroundings and state-of-the-art services will surely leave a lasting memory.

      The sport activities will get you closer to nature and will include depending on preferences: exercising, hiking, sledging or skiing.

II.Burnout Individual sessions

If your time is limited and you want a rapid relief from the pressure and stress accumulated, then this program is for you.

Through hypnosis and Coaching therapies you will recharge your batteries and regain joy in just a couple of sessions.

The sessions take place in Winterthur and are focused on identifying the cause of the stress and practical ways to eliminate it.

Your mind will reset and through coaching you will learn proven strategies to control your emotions and positively react to external elements.

III. Burnout Prevention

Stress is omnipresent in our life and each individual reacts different to it.

There is a positive type of stress that makes actually our body good. And there is the negative stress that can damage our mind and body if the situation gets out of control.

Such stress can lead to irritability, a tensioned state of mind, sleeping disorders, burnout or even depression.
